Note : All rents must be paid in advance with a refundable security deposit - minimum age for tenants is 26. We reserve the right to limit the number of persons occupying the property. These properties are not suitable for "party" rentals and are located in residential areas. We collect personal and financial information with our rental application, and we check the references of prospective tenants.
